(hydrostatic, Bourdon tube) and incorporates it in to a simple, functional and reliable weighing device.
Current health and safety legislation requires companies to have knowledge of the loads being handled regardless of the industry. In the Teo craneweigher we have an inexpensive load-measuring device which can be hung up, used and abandoned until the next time it is required, secure in the knowledge that it will continue to perform reliably.

Fork Lift Load Indicator TR1000
Uses the same hydrostatic Bourdon tube technology as in the craneweigher. The tube is pressurised by a tapping off the hydraulic lift ram and displays the load on the 160mm diameter analogue display. Current health and safety legislation requires forktruck operators to be aware of the load being handled.
The Type TR1000 is a low cost, simply installed (no specialist tools or truck modifications are required), low maintenance method of achieving this objective. The TR1000 is supplied exclusively as a method of load indication. Its accuracy (nominally better than 1% of fork truck capacity) is affected by the position and distribution of the load on the forks, the inclination of the truck or it's mast and the degree of wear in the lift ram seals. As such it must not be specified for precision weighing
